When high performance is the goal, physical well-being is often the first thing we sacrifice, and the one thing we can’t afford to neglect.
For me, physical wellbeing means tuning in to what my body needs, not just to function, but to thrive (i.e., rest, movement, nutrition, sleep).

What physical habits raise or lower my energy?
🦋 Routines:
Regular hydration and balanced eating.
Grounding movement and stretching.
Low-stimulus wind-down routine (no tech, gentle sound & lighting).
🌻 Start / Stop / Continue:
Start: Moving in ways that feel joyful, not punishing.
Stop: Ignoring physical cues in favor of being “productive.” Cancel non-essentials.
Continue: Eating for energy, not self-soothing.
