Mental wellbeing is more than positive thinking, it’s about becoming aware of your internal narratives and choosing which ones to nurture and which ones to release.
We all carry stories: some motivate, others limit. Left unchecked, these shape our mindset, drive our decisions, and impact our energy more than we realize. When we pause to examine them, we begin to lead with intention.
Every thought has value, but not all of them need to be believed.
💡 Reflection Questions:
What story am I telling myself right now?
Are my thoughts creating resistance or flow?
Is the cognitive load I’m carrying reasonable or sustainable?
🦋 Routines:
Daily thought audit: “What belief is fueling me today?” “What thought is quietly draining me?”
Reframe limiting beliefs.
Practice curiosity over judgment.
Mental offload: Try an end-of-day brain dump (journal or voice note) to release looping thoughts and reduce cognitive clutter.
🌻 Start / Stop / Continue:
Start: Setting boundaries around overthinking. Challenging “shoulds” and perfectionism.
Stop: Ruminating on what you can’t control.
Continue: Speaking to yourself like someone you love.
Mental wellbeing is a daily practice — and wow, does it take practice when the inner world has been on mute all week.
